Either way

What every booking includes

Same instructors, same equipment, same assessment — whichever way the day is delivered.

Fully qualified instructors
Every course is delivered by a qualified instructor with real emergency experience.
Practical, not theoretical
Delegates spend the day on manikins and AED trainers, not watching slides.
Tailored to your setting
Scenarios written around your workplace, your risks and your team's roles.
Certificates on completion
Assessment happens throughout the day and certificates are issued on success.

Bigger teams

More than 12 delegates?

One on-site day covers up to 12 people, which is deliberate — beyond that, delegates start queueing for manikins instead of practising on them.

So larger groups are trained across multiple sessions rather than squeezed into one. Rotas, term dates and shift patterns decide how those sessions fall, and the schedule is built around them and priced in a quotation written for your organisation.

Questions we get asked

If your question is not here, ask it directly — [email protected].

What does a course actually cost?

Two figures cover everything we deliver. Training at your premises is £500 for the day and includes up to 12 delegates, whichever course you choose. If you would rather we arranged the room, individual places at our venue are £199 per person.

What happens if we have more than 12 delegates?

The group is split across multiple sessions rather than crowded into one day, and you get a personalised written quotation from £500 per day with the same instructor across every session.

Which workplace course do we need?

That comes out of your first-aid needs assessment under the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981. Emergency First Aid at Work (6 hours) is the most requested option for lower-risk workplaces and small teams; First Aid at Work (3 days) is the fuller qualification for higher-risk workplaces and larger teams. Describe the setting and we will tell you which one fits.

What do delegates need to bring?

Clothing they can kneel and move in, because much of the day is spent on the floor with manikins and AED trainers. Training materials are provided, so there is nothing else to pack.

How is the course assessed and how are certificates issued?

Assessment runs throughout the day rather than arriving as a surprise at the end, and certificates are issued on successful completion. First Aid at Work certificates are valid for three years, after which the 2-day requalification course brings them back up to date.

Can a course be tailored to our setting?

Yes. The syllabus is fixed by the qualification, but the scenarios are written around your workplace, your risks and the roles your team hold.
